Terms of Service

Mazuly is available by invitation while it is in the Founder Preview. You need to be at least 18, to be acting for a business, and to keep your sign-in details to yourself. If you invite team members to a location, you are responsible for what they do there.

Everything you enter, upload or connect — your business information, photos, documents, reviews and the posts and replies Mazuly drafts for you — is yours. You give Mazuly the permission it needs to store, process and (only when you approve) publish that content on your behalf, and nothing more.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload and to publish it to the accounts you connect, and that it does not break the law or a platform's rules.

Mazuly prepares drafts grounded in your own business information and puts them in your Review Queue. Nothing is published, sent or charged to a customer until you decide — unless you have turned on an automatic option for a specific kind of work, which you can pause at any time from Automation controls.

Mazuly uses AI models to draft and to read photos and reviews. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve, and Mazuly does not make claims about your business that you have not confirmed.

When you connect a social account, the authorisation happens on that platform's own screens through our connection partner. Mazuly marks a post as published only once the platform confirms it. What the platforms do with your content afterwards is governed by their terms.

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. Each location receives a monthly allowance of AI credits that resets on the 1st and does not carry over. Top-up credits are shared across your locations, are used only once a location's own allowance is spent, and never expire. If you hit a cap, Mazuly tells you and stops rather than charging beyond it.

You can change or cancel your plan from Billing at any time. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current period; see the Refund Policy for what happens to the current period.

Do not use Mazuly to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive, to access another business's data, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it. Mazuly may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

You can close your account from Settings at any time; the screen shows what will be deleted before you confirm, and the Privacy Notice describes what is kept and why. Mazuly may end the Founder Preview, change features, or end your access with reasonable notice; in that case you will be given the chance to take your content with you.

Mazuly is provided as-is during the Founder Preview. To the extent the law allows, Mazuly is not liable for indirect losses, for what a connected platform does or refuses to do, or for the consequences of content you approved; and Mazuly's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. We will update them as Mazuly moves to general availability and announce material changes inside the application; continuing to use Mazuly after a change means you accept it.
