Can I change my plan?
Upgrade any time and it applies straight away: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. Extra locations fold into your new plan when you upgrade.
Does anything publish without me?
Only what you allow. Posts wait for your approval unless you switch on automatic sending for the kinds of work you choose. New offers and sensitive changes wait for your decision. Google review replies follow the star ratings and complaint setting you pick, and legal, health or safety reviews always wait for you. You can pause automatic work at any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time in your billing settings or by emailing hello@mazuly.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
What currency are prices in?
All Mazuly prices are in US dollars (USD), and you are charged in USD.
Where is Mazuly available?
Mazuly is available to businesses in Canada (outside Quebec) and the United States.
