Mazuly — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026 • Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Who we are; scope

This Privacy Policy describes how 15692016 Canada Inc., carrying on business as Mazuly (“Mazuly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit our websites, use our web application or mobile/desktop apps (if any), create an account, or otherwise use our services, including AI features, publishing tools, integrations, and support (the “Services”).

This Policy does not govern third-party websites or services that you connect to or use with Mazuly; those providers have their own privacy terms. If a business customer submits personal information about its customers, leads, employees, or other people, Mazuly may process that information on the business customer’s instructions. In that situation, the customer’s privacy notice and its agreement with Mazuly (including any applicable data processing addendum) may also apply. This Policy describes Mazuly’s own handling of personal information. If you are a customer, reviewer or contact of a business that uses Mazuly, please direct questions or requests about that information to the business.

2. Personal information we may collect

The information we handle depends on how you use the Services and the features you choose. It may include:

  • Account and profile information: name, email address, account credentials, organization details you provide, and account preferences.
  • Customer Content: information, text, prompts, images, files, reviews and related information from accounts you connect, and other materials you submit, upload, import, connect, transmit, or make available through the Services. This may include information about other people that you choose to provide.
  • Business information: information about your business, including website content, brand materials and public information you ask us to analyse.
  • Usage, device, and diagnostic information: IP address, device or browser/app information, operating system, language, timestamps, log data, and crash or diagnostic reports.
  • Payment and transaction information: billing details, transaction records, and payment status. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment processor; the information Mazuly receives depends on the processor and payment method.
  • Communications: information in support requests, feedback, and other communications with us.
  • Cookie and similar-technology information: information collected through cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies, if and as those technologies are enabled in the relevant Service.
  • Connected-service information: information made available by a third-party service you choose to connect, or sent through that service, as needed for the integration and its settings.

Please do not submit personal information about another person unless you have the authority and any required permission to do so.

3. How information is collected

We collect information directly from you when you create or manage an account, use the Services, submit Customer Content, contact support, or make a payment. We may also receive information from a connected third-party service when you authorize an integration, and from service providers that help operate, secure, or support the Services. Some technical and cookie-related information may be collected automatically when you use the Services, depending on the features and settings in use.

4. How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services and the features you request;
  • create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support;
  • process transactions, manage billing, and help detect or prevent fraud or misuse;
  • process prompts and other content to generate AI output or carry out an automation you request;
  • operate integrations and transmit information to third-party services at your direction or as needed to provide a feature;
  • monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, analyse how our websites and Services are used, and maintain and improve the Services;
  • communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, security, and changes to the Services;
  • send promotional communications where permitted by law, including with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • enforce our terms, protect the rights, safety, and security of users and others, and respond to legal obligations or lawful requests.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, the basis may include performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests (balanced against your rights), your consent, or compliance with a legal obligation. The applicable basis depends on the processing and your location.

5. AI features

If you use an AI feature, the prompts, files, and other information you provide, as well as resulting output, may be processed to provide that feature. We use third-party AI providers for this purpose and require them not to use your information to train their general-purpose models. We do not make decisions about you based exclusively on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review the Terms of Service for additional information about AI features and your responsibility to review output.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Where enabled, we or our service providers may use cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies for functions such as keeping you signed in, remembering settings, protecting accounts, preventing fraud, and understanding how the Services are used. The technologies and choices available may differ between the website and apps. You can manage available choices through the controls we provide and, where available, your browser or device settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect Service functionality. Analytics technologies (such as Google Analytics) are used only if you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that choice at any time. Our Cookie Policy provides more information.

7. How we share personal information

We may disclose personal information, as appropriate, to:

  • service providers that help us host, operate, secure, support, analyze, or process payments for the Services, or provide AI/model, publishing, or other technical functions;
  • third-party services you choose to connect, as directed by you or as needed for the integration you use;
  • professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to obtain advice, comply with law or lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, or enforce agreements; and
  • transaction counterparties and their advisers in connection with a proposed or completed financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections where required.

8. International processing

Our primary database is located in Canada. Some of our service providers process and store information in the United States and other countries. Mazuly and its service providers may process personal information in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions where they operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live. Information processed outside your province or country may be accessible to authorities there under local law.

9. Retention

We keep personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining records, addressing disputes, meeting legal obligations, and protecting the Services. How long information remains may depend on the type of information, your account and settings, the feature used, and applicable legal or operational requirements. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems. Content you have published to a third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s control and is not removed from it when it is deleted from Mazuly; we are not responsible for removing it.

10. Security

Mazuly uses safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may be able to request access to or correction of personal information, request deletion, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, or exercise other privacy rights. You may also be able to opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message. We may need to verify your identity and may ask for additional information to locate or process a request. You can delete your account from your account settings. We respond to privacy requests within the time required by applicable law.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the details in Section 14. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator in your jurisdiction. The available rights, response process, and any exceptions depend on applicable law.

12. Children and age requirements

The Terms of Service require users to be at least the age of majority where they live. If you believe a person who is not eligible to use the Services has provided personal information to Mazuly, contact us so we can review the matter.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change requires notice by law, we will provide notice in the manner required. The effective date appears at the top of this Policy.
