A new class needs more than one “now booking” graphic. One person wants the timetable, another wants to know what happens in the room, and a first-timer may be unsure what to bring. Give each decision its own post, then direct people to the same current booking page.
The four posts below are a fictional launch example, not posts from a real studio or evidence of a customer result. Replace every name, date, price, class detail and link with owner-confirmed facts before use. The proposed photos and video are briefs for real, permission-cleared studio material supplied by the owner; none is presented as an existing asset.
Build one source record before writing
For this example, Riverside Movement Studio has confirmed the following fictional facts:
- A new Beginner Strength class starts Tuesday, 3 November 2026, at 6:30 p.m. and runs weekly at the Riverside studio.
- The class lasts 45 minutes. The instructor leads a warm-up, demonstrates basic strength movements with options, and ends with a cooldown.
- First-timers are welcome. Equipment is provided; participants should bring water and wear comfortable clothes. The studio asks newcomers to arrive ten minutes early.
- The drop-in price is CAD $22. The class booking page carries the current schedule, price and studio booking terms.
- The owner can supply an approved photo of the actual room, a short clip of the instructor demonstrating a movement, and a photo of the studio entrance. If those assets are unavailable, the matching post needs a new truthful brief before it is published.
The examples use riversidemovement.example/classes/beginner-strength as an illustrative link placeholder, not a live booking page. Swap in the direct class link and check it on a phone. Also check the class is still scheduled before any reminder goes out.

These posts do not depend on a last-minute opening, a discount or an unverified “nearly full” claim. The room, instructor and entrance assets should show the actual studio when the owner can supply them. Check that on-image text remains legible on a phone, that the caption matches the source record, and that the direct link opens the correct class. If a fact changes, update the affected posts before sharing them.
Keep the four dates, channels and finished post details together in Social Planner. If the class is already running and only one place has opened, use the separate last-minute slot guide rather than repeating a new-class launch.
